ACP FAQ

Who is eligible?

You are likely eligible if your household’s income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, or if you or someone you live with currently receives a government benefit like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, Pell Grant, or Free and Reduced-Price Lunch.

What is the ACP?

The ACP is a program ran by the FCC and federal government for people who qualify to receive a $30 monthly discount (or $75 monthly discount on tribal lands) on their internet bill.

What happens when the FCC funding ends? Can I cancel?

Enrolled subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice if the program is set to end. If you cannot afford your plan after the program ends, please reach out to us. If you are in contract when the funding ends, you can cancel your account with no penalty.

How will I receive the monthly credit?

Enrolled subscribers will see a $30 "Affordable Connectivity Program Discount" (or $75 Affordable Connectivity Program Discount Tribal Land) on their monthly bill. Subscribers WILL NOT receive any funds from the FCC. Subscribers receive the monthly discount, and the benefit payments are sent to Arizona Network.

What else should I know?

Enrolled subscribers MUST use their internet AT LEAST one day per month. This is the FCC's rule, not ours. Seasonal customers must keep their plan active or they will be unenrolled.

You must recertify your eligibility with the FCC every year.
