Still have questions?

Luckily, we have answers!

  • Where do you offer service?
Our current active service neighborhoods include: - Anthem at Merrill Ranch (Florence, AZ) - Magic Ranch (Florence, AZ) - Johnson Ranch (San Tan Valley, AZ) - Copper Basin (San Tan Valley) - Gilbert Road & Warner Road (Gilbert, AZ)
  • What if you do not offer service in my neighborhood?
Submit a request! We take your requests seriously and make every effort to keep track of them through our cataloging and mapping system. By doing so, we can create "heat maps" that identify areas where demand for our service is the highest and prioritize our expansion efforts accordingly. You can help us bring Arizona Network to your neighborhood by encouraging your neighbors to fill out our request form too.
  • What kinds of routers do you use?
Our standard WiFi router offering for small to medium-sized homes is the MikroTik Hap AC2, an enterprise-grade device equipped with internal antennae, which can cover an area of about 1,500 square feet. For those seeking more comprehensive coverage, we recommend the MikroTik Audience, which features a faster processor and a more powerful antenna capable of covering an area of up to 2,500 square feet. Customers can opt for our Whole Home Coverage upgrade which includes two MikroTik Audience routers, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout their entire residence.
  • Do I have to use the router provided by Arizona Network?
Our routers are offered as a courtesy to customers, but it's not mandatory to use them. So, you can provide your own router. We haven't encountered a router that isn't compatible with our network, but our technician can identify any potential issues during installation.
  • Can I use a VPN with Arizona Network internet?
Yes! You can use a VPN, including work-from-home VPNs, with Arizona Network internet. Our service is compatible with various VPN providers, and we've seen no issues with customers using VPNs for personal or professional purposes.
  • How long will it take to get service installed?
Usually, we can get a technician out to your home within a week. The installation process itself can take anywhere from x-y hours. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless installation process that is both efficient and thorough.
  • What is the installation process?
To install our equipment on your house, we utilize a specialized tile roof mount that ensures a clear line-of-sight to our feed antennas. Our priority is to position the antenna in a discreet location that is not visible from the street, whenever feasible. Once the equipment is installed on your roof, we typically run cable through the attic or down the side of your house. We carefully select the optimal location to ensure the best possible performance.
  • Can I complete the installation myself?
Leave installation to the professionals! Our technician team is here to serve you. Given the specialized nature of our equipment and the requisite cabling, we cannot permit customers to complete their own installation.
  • What payment methods do you support?
We currently accept debit and credit cards.
  • Should I expect my monthly price to increase?
We pride ourselves on offering transparent and fair prices. As technology continues to evolve, we may introduce faster and more advanced internet service options. These options could be more expensive, but would offer superior performance. However, we will never force you onto new plans. You can always opt to remain on your legacy service plan.
  • What options do you offer for seasonal residents or snowbirds?
We offer two flexible options for seasonal residents: Free Service Suspension: You can easily turn your service on or off at no cost. You only pay for the months you're using the service—no charges while you're away. Minimal Service for Smart Devices: If you need to keep minimal service active for security systems or smart home devices while you're away, you can do so for as low as $15 per month.
  • Do your routers support wired connections?
Yes, both of our routers support wired connections: Standard Router (Free): Includes 4 Ethernet ports for wired devices. Premium Router: Comes with 1 Ethernet port, which can be expanded by connecting an Ethernet switch for additional wired devices.
