Arizona Network is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing local ISP team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, solving problems, and guiding customers to the right solution.

In this role, you’ll support both prospective and existing customers by answering questions, explaining our internet plans and equipment, helping with signups and install scheduling, resolving common account and service issues, and delivering a customer experience that feels personal, fast, and trustworthy.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing customer support with consultative sales.

What you’ll do

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Help customers choose the right internet plan and equipment
• Support new customer signups and installation scheduling
• Troubleshoot basic service, account, and billing issues
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and incomplete signups
• Maintain accurate notes and customer records
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams
• Deliver excellent service while identifying sales opportunities when appropriate

What we’re looking for

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or support
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confidence working on the phone and in written communication
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort with basic internet and Wi-Fi concepts
• Ability to stay professional and empathetic under pressure

Nice to have

• ISP, telecom, or technical support experience
• CRM or help desk software experience
• Spanish-speaking ability

Compensation: Hourly base pay: $20–$28/hour, depending on experience
