Getting connected with us is simple, transparent, and designed around your schedule. Here’s exactly what to expect from the moment you sign up to the moment your home is online.
Sign Up & Schedule — On Your Terms
You can sign up from your phone or on our website. Pick an appointment time that works for you — we don’t believe in “arrival windows,” so you’ll get a real appointment time you can rely on.
Your Technician Arrives On Time
At the scheduled time, a certified technician arrives ready to complete your installation. No guessing and no waiting around.
Most installations take about 1–2 hours, depending on roof type and cabling, so you’ll know exactly how long to plan for.
On-Site Survey & Signal Check
Before anything goes up, the technician performs a quick site survey. This ensures your home can receive a strong, reliable signal and lets us choose the cleanest, most discreet mounting location.
Low-Profile, Non-Penetrating Antenna Install
This is where we address the biggest concern homeowners have: “What is the antenna going to look like?”
Our antennas are small, low-profile, and designed to blend in. They are not:

A satellite dish

A big panel on the front of your house

Anything bulky or visible from the street
Whenever possible, we place the antenna out of sight — typically on the back side of the roof or another low-visibility area.
For homes with clay tile roofs, we use a specialized non-penetrating mount. It sits under the tiles without drilling into them or the underlying roof structure. It’s removable, secure, and leaves no damage behind.
This step alone is a big part of what you’re paying for: proper, professional, roof-safe installation.
Clean, Professional Cabling
Your technician runs a weather-rated cable from the antenna to the demarcation point (usually near your breaker panel). We install a lightning protection block and tie into your home’s existing cabling — typically CAT5 or similar — so everything stays tidy and hidden.
This prevents exposed wires, keeps your roof sealed, and ensures your system is protected
Router Setup & Configuration
Inside the home, the technician places your router in an ideal spot for coverage.
It arrives preconfigured with:

A Wi-Fi name and password you choose, or

A secure credential set we generate for you
Device Setup & Transition Support
If you want to keep your existing Wi-Fi network name and password, we’ll match it so all your devices reconnect automatically.
If you’d rather change it, the technician will help connect devices manually and ensure everything is working — phones, laptops, TVs, cameras, smart speakers, you name it.
We can even help you disconnect any old ISP equipment.
Installation Complete — You’re Online
Once everything is tested and verified, you’re ready to enjoy your new internet connection.
